Appointments

Our appointment book is computerized, which allows us to efficiently make appointments for you and your pet. Our receptionists and team will attempt to accommodate all requests to the best of their ability. Give them a call during hours of operation to schedule your appointment.

Hour of Operation:

• Monday – Wednesday & Friday: 8 AM – 6 PM (Appointments scheduled between 9 AM-10:15 AM & 2:30 PM-4:00 PM)
• Thursday: 8 AM – 12:00 PM (No doctor on the premises on Thursdays)
• Closed Saturday and Sunday

Emergency & Urgent Care

We have a veterinarian and staff on duty 4 days out of the week who are trained and equipped to handle almost any urgent care need your pet may have. Usually, an emergency team consists of at least one veterinarian and several technicians working together to save a pet’s life. Emergencies can be things such as snail bait poisoning, if your pet was hit by a car, chocolate ingestion, and many others. If you feel that your pet needs emergency treatment, please give us a call immediately so that we can get you in to see the doctor, or get you the proper information of a hospital that can if we are unable.

We are also available for urgent care appointments when the condition is non-life-threatening, but you feel that your pet needs to be seen before you are able to get a regular appointment. To schedule an urgent care appointment, give our front office a call and speak with a receptionist to check our availability for urgent care appointments. Based on the circumstances of the hospital the day of your appointment, you may need to drop your pet off with us and leave them here until 5 PM so that the doctor has time to examine your pet properly.

Payments

Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital accepts payments via cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, and American Express. So that we can continue to provide you high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, payment is required at the time services are rendered.

We will provide you estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.

We do not accept checks, or Care Credit at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Discounts

Tustin Santa Ana Veterinary Hospital offers discounted services to senior citizens, military personnel, and veterans.

Holiday Closures

We are closed on New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4^th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We reopen on the next business day.
